Louisiana Blend - Gluten-Free Pasta With Chicken Breast

Ingredients :

  • Several small green onions, diced
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • Several small chicken livers
  • 1 c Rice Pasta
  • 1 c Carrots, diced
  • 4 halved cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cups Organic Rice Flour
  • AcroAma Louisiana Blend
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 c Chicken Stock or Gravy
  • Makes 1-2 Servings

Directions :

  1. Mix about 1 tablespoon of Louisiana Blend and flour together in a mixing bowl, then add your chicken breasts and coat both sides. 
  2. Add your chicken into a hot skillet and sautee each side for approximately 60 seconds, then finish in an oven at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
  3. Prepare a gluten-free pasta of your choice, for this recipe I used pene that I cooked 2 minutes less than the amount of time as was recommended.
  4. Heat some olive oil in a good fry pan, add in your onions, garlic, and livers and sautee for 30 seconds before adding the tomatoes. Sautee for another 60 seconds before pouring in the chicken stock (or gravy if you prefer a thicker dish).
  5. Keep the heat on for another couple minutes and then add in your pasta, seasong with 1/2 tbsp Louisiana Blend or to taste, stir for another 2-3 mintues.
  6. Take the chicken out of the oven and serve over the pasta.
