Northern European Blend - Fennel Chips (Fries)

Ingredients :

  • 2 Fennel Bulbs
  • 1-2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Directions :

  1. Preheat the oven to 350*
  2. Trim the stalks off the fennel and cut off the ends.
  3. Divide each bulb into quarters and peel the leaves from the core.
  4. Toss them on a backing sheet, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with AcroAma Northern European Blend.
  5. Bake for about 45mins, stirring them occasionally until dry. You will probably have to remove the smaller leaves before the thicker ones are done, otherwise they may burn.

*Some moisture still in some of the thicker slices left them tasting like fennel fries rather than chips, but yummy either way.
