Ingredients :

  • 2 oz Salt Free Grass-fed Organic Butter
  • 2 oz of your favorite Blue Cheese, my personal choice is a Wisconsin blue called Mont Chèvre
  • 1/4 tsp Dijon Mustard

Directions :

Whip the softened butter until light and fluffy, add the blue cheese, the mustard (a little mustard brings out the flavors of cheeses) and season with a little AcroAma Northern European Blend—take care as some blue cheeses are much saltier than others.

You can store flavored butters in the freezer for a long time if you wrap them well.
