Ingredients :

  • 1 bunch Asparagus
  • Butter or Olive Oil

Directions :

  • Infuse a small bottle of olive oil with AcroAma's Mediterranean Blend ahead of time; I keep some prepared for regular use. Infusing your olive oils brings out a great deal of flavor from the fresh spices. 
  • Heat a pan on medium-high heat while you submerge your asparagus into boiling water for about 45 seconds. Use a colander--a good food colander is a worthwhile investment and makes preparing vegetables quick and healthy.
  • Add your olive oil into your pan, get it good and hot (don't burn it) and then add your asparagus. Flip and sautee for about 45 seconds.
  • Serve and enjoy as a nutritious side dish.
