Tex-Mex is a blend of Southern style cooking featuring elements from traditional Mexican cuisine, first made famous in the area now known as Texas. AcroAma Tex-Mex Blend captures the essential smoky Southwestern flavors of cumin, chipotle, cayenne pepper, and cilantro. All four are famous for both their culinary uses and their health benefits. We add a hint of lemon and garlic along with French grey sea salt, black tellicherry peppercorns, sage, thyme, nutmeg, and coriander. This moderately spicy seasoning is excellent for preparing beef, pork, and bean dishes, as well as carne asada, tacos, and chili.
