Our Mid-Eastern mild yellow curry is a fine addition to this culinary tradition--open the lid and you'll be greeted by its soft, pleasantly warm fragrance. We start with combining turmeric and ginger with cumin, and together they represent some of the most researched and beneficial of all culinary herbs. The formula is complete when thyme, sage, garlic, nutmeg, coriander, cayenne pepper, French grey sea salt, and black tellicherry peppercorns are added in just the right proportions to create a compelling curry blend suitable for all occasions.
