Ingredients :

   
  • 2 c Pulled Chicken (or meat of choice)
  • 1 medium White Onion, coarsely chopped
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp AcroAma Tex-Mex Blend
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 Jalepeno, minced
  • 1/2 Pablano, minced
  • 1 can Organic Black Beans
  • 1 c Chicken Stock (or stock of choice)
  • Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • Sour Cream
  • Makes 1-2 Servings

Directions :

  1. Using a hot skillet, saute the onions and garlic over medium-high heat in a little butter or olive oil for 3-4 minutes, then add the meat and 1/2 tsp of Tex-Mex Blend and 1 tsp chilli powder. Feel free to add more seasoning to taste. (Justin prefers about twice as much)
  2. Breaking the meat into small pieces as it cooks, add in your peppers, black beans (make sure you drain and rinse them first), and stock. Stir occasionally until the meat is well browned with no pink remaining, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Serve as is or over your favorite rice, garnish with leftover sliced onions, shredded cheese and a dollup of sour cream as you wish.
