Mediterranean Blend - Marsala Mushrooms

Ingredients :

  • Assorted Mushrooms, I like to use Portobello, Shitakii & Oyster (all cut into medium bite size pieces)
  • Marsala Wine
  • Olive Oil

Directions :

Makes enough for 4 people (4 servings)

  1. Heat a little oil and add the cut mushrooms, stir & season.
  2. Add wine & cream (about half way up the mushrooms, they will shrink upon cooking)
  3. Bring to a boil, simmer for a few minutes.
  4. If the sauce consistency needs to be thicker, remove the mushrooms and reduce more.
  5. Taste and add AcroAma Mediterranean Blend to your preference.
