Ingredients :

  • 2 lbs Chicken, pieces
  • 1 Cup Sprouted Wheat Flour
  • 1 Quart Expeller-pressed Sunflower Oil for frying
  • Makes 4-6 servings

Directions :

  1. Mix flour andLouisiana Blend and put into a wide mouth shallow bowl. In a separate bowl, add the yolks and whisk with a fork until broken.
  2. Roll each piece of chicken in the egg yolk, and then in flour.
  3. Add 1/2 to 3/4 inch oil to a large, heavy skillet. Heat to approximately 365 degrees. Place chicken pieces in hot oil. Cover, and fry until golden, turning once, 15 to 20 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
